Ms. Tian Jie is a Senior Partner at the firm and the Head of our "Fly with Confidence" Low-Altitude Economy legal services team. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Law (Foreign-Related Counsel) and English Language & Literature, and is a Certified Senior Enterprise Compliance Professional as well as a Licensed Performance Broker. Ms. Tian is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English as working languages.
Her practice is highly focused on international trade and investment, International Engineering, Family Wealth Succession, low-altitude economy and general aviation, as well as complex commercial compliance and litigation. She is dedicated to serving clients engaged in "Belt and Road" initiatives and has earned widespread client trust through her meticulous and dedicated approach. Her work on a major international engineering and cross-border financing project was honored as one of the "Top 10 Exemplary Cases in Foreign-Related Legal Services" by the Sichuan Provincial Lawyers Association.
At the forefront of the industry, Ms. Tian has been deeply involved in drafting two national-level authoritative industry standards: the "Foreign-Related Legal Service Capability Model" and the "Technical Specification for Dynamic Safety Assessment of Low-Altitude Air Route Operations."
