Mr. Ruoyu Jiang is a counsel at the firm whose practice is highly focused on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and enforcement. He possesses deep experience in complex matters involving construction engineering, real estate development, and corporate debt restructuring. Leveraging his strong accounting background and extensive overseas work experience, Mr. Jiang is also proficient in handling matters related to equity investment, corporate guarantees, and international trade. He provides clients with sophisticated advice in the cutting-edge fields of digital data law and compliance.
Mr. Jiang’s unique advantage lies in his interdisciplinary knowledge and international practical experience. He not only holds a master's degree in accounting and has pursued doctoral studies in the field, but he was also previously engaged as an English interpreter for cross-border criminal cases.
