Mr. Ruoyu Jiang is a counsel at the firm whose practice is highly focused on civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and enforcement. Leveraging his strong accounting background and extensive overseas work experience, Mr. Jiang is also proficient in handling matters related to equity investment, corporate guarantees, and international trade. Mr. Jiang’s unique advantage lies in his interdisciplinary knowledge and international practical experience.
